Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 1-7 business days, depending on the item(s) ordered. Please refer to each listing description for more accurate timeframes.

Standard shipping orders are estimated to arrive within 2-7 business days from the ship date. Priority shipping orders are estimated to arrive in 1-4 business days from the ship date.

Please note that these delivery times are estimated, and USPS does not guarantee delivery by a specific date. Please also take into account the processing times in addition to delivery times.

 

Lost packages: Once an order has been shipped, it is the shipping carrier's responsibility to deliver it to you. If a package has been stuck in transit for a long period of time, please reach out to your local USPS to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Tracking shows "delivered," but package was not delivered: If a package has been marked as "delivered" but you did not receive it, please allow a few additional days for it to arrive. After waiting at least 7 business days, please contact your local post office if it still has not arrived. It is up to USPS to resolve this issue. We are not responsible for packages after they have left our facility.
